Refund Policy

     At Aylo Jewels, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every piece of our anti-tarnish jewelry meets the highest quality standards.

 

 

1. Refund Eligibility

    Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  •  The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  •  You notify us within 2–3 days of receiving your order.
  •  The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.

Note: Refunds are not available for items purchased during a sale.

 

 

2. Refund Method

    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed as follows:

  •  Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method (bank/UPI/card) within 7–10 business days.
  •  Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be issued via store credit or bank transfer, as preferred.

 

3. Non-Refundable Charges

  •  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  •  If a discount or offer was applied, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

 

4. Delayed or Missing Refunds

     If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  •  Recheck your bank or payment account.
  •  Contact your bank or payment provider (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

 Return or Exchange Policy

 

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

 

 Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges jewelry unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

  •  Customized, personalized, or sale items, Gift cards or free gifts.

 

3. Return/Exchange Process

 

      To initiate a return or exchange:

 

a.  Email us at ( Aylojewels@gmail.com ) or message us on instagram [ @aylojewels ] within 2–3 days of delivery.

 

b.  Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos/video of the product.

 

c.  Once approved, we’ll arrange for pickup or guide you on how to return it.

 

     After inspection, we’ll either:

 

  •  Send a replacement, or

 

  •  Issue a store credit/refund (as applicable).

 

4. Refund Policy

 

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  •  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

 

     If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please share an unboxing video or clear pictures with us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll replace the item at no extra cost.
